It had been several months since the world decided to go to shit. It was hard in the beginning to survive but somehow, I managed to scrape by. I just wish someone was here with me. Especially, my best friend Axel, or maybe Natalie. I blinked back the tears at the thought of her. I couldn't help but cry at the thought of when I lost her, especially so early on.
But I kept moving, in some hope, however vain that I would find a group and survive for longer. I was just outside of Atlanta, a few kilometres from the CDC. It was the first place I went for answers, but also the worst place to go. Afterwards I hid in a house outside the city, before deciding to day that I had to move on. I had pillaged most of the surrounding houses for their supplies; ammunition, food, water, and anything else I might find useful.
